Relevant Experience (Yrs) 8 yrs
Technical/Functional Skills ?7+ yrs of experience in Java, J2EE,
JBOSS Open Source with good knowledge of SEAM / Hibernate Framework
• Experience in customer requirements analysis, system design, system
implementation, quality control and maintenance of applications
• Experience in implementing Web based Enterprise Systems with
comprehensive knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, JBoss Seam / Hibernate, EJB 3,
Oracle
• Experience in system design, systems integrations, development and
support
• Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills
• Experience in handling offshore team
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide the technical leadership
• Ability to solve the critical problems by fixing the code or
suggesting the design.
• Guide the team with innovative solutions.
• Managing the customer expectations
• Working with offshore development team
• Analyze/clarify the requirements and communicate the requirements to
the team
• Prepare a design document for realizing the requirements.
• Manage the build deployments to the QA and Production.
Generic Managerial Skills
As a Technical Lead he has to manage the team and interact with
customer
