*Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager*
Duration: *1 year*
Location: *Baltimore,MD*
*IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!*


*Qualifications:*
·At least ten (10) years of senior level experience in the information
technology industry with demonstrated experience in various roles as a
Program Manager, Consultant, or Team Lead.
·At least five (5) years of ERP functional consulting experience
·Program management experience that includes two (2) fully successful ERP
implementations (preferable with one or more government institutions) and
experience in leading multiple external consultants
·In depth expert knowledge of ERP modules and integration experience with
data warehouses
·Experienced in the ERP configuration of Finance, Procurement, Grant,
Treasury and Human Resource Applications.
·Working knowledge of multiple ERP platforms
·Information Technology background that includes, but is not limited to,
Database administration and information technology architecture
·Extensive involvement in developing reporting requirements
·Experience with business process re-engineering
·Compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
·Experience with state and local government operations
·Experience and knowledge of best practice methods such as lean thinking,
six sigma, international organization standards (ISO) and capabilities
maturity model integration (CMMI)
·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology
field is required; Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Information
Technology field is desired.

*Responsibilities:*
·Participation in the development and management of the ERP project plan in
accordance with the assigned budget, tracking, resources and tasks
·Management and coordination of both internal and external resources and
vendors
·Manage the program's internal and external communications
·Coordinate all project activities and scheduling between sub-team leads,
including County agency subject matter experts (SMEs), consultant and
internal resources
·Coordinate all facility requirements to support team work, training and
go-live support
·Lead the identification and resolution of business processes for critical
or show stopper situations
·Identify and mitigate risks by identifying barriers to success and
escalation of issues as required.
·Report weekly, monthly and quarterly progress of the implementation plan
·Conduct periodic meetings and provide status reports outlining project
status to the executive steering committee.
