Should have knowledge on installation, configuration, administration,
troubleshooting of Windows Desktop Operating System & applications.
Should have basic knowledge in Windows Server Administration
Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working as a Desktop Support Engineer.
- Should have good communication & customer facing skills
- Any previous experience of working at onsite, will be given preference
