3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 **months experience, and at least one of the fol**lowing should apply:* - Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field - A copy of your diploma must be submitted with your FORM-1. - Experience using ODP.NET <http://odp.net/>, SQL, PL/SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, packages in minimum version of Oracle 10g or higher. - Experience developing applications using WPF and/or WCF. - Experience developing applications using minimum version of VB.NET<http://vb.net/>3.0 and above. - Experience developing applications using the MVC, MVVM, or similar patterns. - Experience performing regression and integration testing. - Experience writing unit tests using Rhino Mocks. - Experience working within a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development Team developing application software.
