We are seeking for senior Senior Support Engineer- Sigma SMP for Miami,
FL . It is 6-12 + months log term contract assignment and it is for one of
our direct client. Could you please go through the below job description

• Sigma SMP (OSS COTS) working experience in solutioning/development
and maintenance projects
• OSS functional knowledge in fulfillment process including:
o order workflows
o service & network resources provisioning/activation
o Knowledge of creating, modifying, fulfilling, and managing services
o Workflow management, Service Authorization, Service Inventory
Management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Good analytical and communication skills
