*position. * *Position: eCommerce IT - QA Analyst IV* *Location: Richfield, MN* *Duration: 6+ months* *Interview Process: 1st round phone/Skype followed by 2nd round in person* *Reference check will be required before hiring.* *Local Candidates First* *Must have skills:* 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Experience in managing and leading QA teams, both onshore and offshore. 3. 5+ years’ experience in leading and managing Quality Assurance teams driving implementation and maintenance of automation and manual testing efforts. 4. 5+ years’ experience with direct management of team resources. 5. 8+ years in Quality Assurance and working within software industry in an agile development environment, building web based systems. 6. Experience with cross-functional and remote teams for delivering quality products on a tight schedule. 7. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical co-workers and customers. 8. Knowledge of testing with web services and troubleshooting issues. 9. The ideal candidate will have experience managing 5-8 concurrent projects. 10. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing their own workload as well as the workload of others on the team. 11. Must be comfortable in an agile, fast-paced, evolving environment. 12. Must be transparent in the overall delivery of the project and be able to voice their concerns. 13. Automated and manual testing with experience in web services testing. 14. Driving implementation and maintenance of automation and manual testing. 15. Agile methodology background. 16. Backend/ db testing. 17. Middleware testing experience. 18. Experience with Automation Tools such as QTP and iTKO Lisa. 19. Experience in building test matrix and reports for the release.
