Changed defaults to TV on, PAL, 720x576, overscan.
With and without overscan the visible area is way too big,
almost everything is visible, still showing black edges.
This is a serious issue and should be fixed ASAP (patch mode tables?).
Fixed an obvious typo which set y=32 instead of b=32, if y==24 or b==24 resp.
Fixed all warnings.
