You can use a G200 PCI, but I don't know if there are any
with TV-out. You can also try a G450 PCI, but the TV-out
isn't supported under Linux. AFAIK there are problems with
Macrovision that could be disabled. Time for examining the
DAC registers under Windows before and during TV-out usage.
Another problem with the G450 PCI is that it has an own
PCI bridge on-board. I don't know if that is supported.
The last time we tried to use it in an ARM Integrator
it couldn't map the memory of the card.

As already suggested the Tvia CyberPro 5xxx is a reasonable
chip for developing TV based systems. The ugly thing about it
is that is VGA compatible and therefore a journey to hell
programming it ;)
