I've updated the CRTC2 stuff on my website. - Cleanups - Hopefully got the random judder problem resolved - Initial support for 4 plane 4:2:0 format
The last item is totally alpha quality crap. The sub-picture plane is presented as yet another layer :) So that brings the total amount of layers to four. So far I've not managed to get anything but green messy looking subtitles working. No matter how I load the LUT registers it's always green, go figure. I've abused DSPF_LUT8 for the sub-picture plane but really it should have a new pixelformat. It uses 8 bit pixels with the upper four bits as alpha and the lower four bits are an index or was it the other way around... Anyways the pixelformat might be called DSPF_A4LUT4 or something similiar. What sayeth the developers? To get it compiled you'll need to apply yuv_fillrect.patch since the color conversion macros are used. Well they aren't really used to do anything useful... And matrox_420blit.patch might also be useful to get fast blits. Oh and I updated vo_directfb.c to make this thing actually do something. -- Ville Syrjl [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.sci.fi/~syrjala/ -- Info: To unsubscribe send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe directfb-dev" as subject.
