Hi!

Does the V4L videoprovider in DirectFB work ... or not? (I am going crazy
trying)

I have verified that the V4L device is working outside DirectFB .. but I can
not get past
CreateVideoProvider(). The code hangs after I call CreateVideoProvider().

I can use the device with other software (mplayer, xawtv, others ...) but
not with any
of the DirectFB stuff. (dfbsee, df_layer, df_video, etc.). I am using
Linux-2.4.27 (debian
sarge, complied from source) I am using CVS DirectFB (compiled from source).
I can verify
the v4l device using v4l-conf;

v4l-info /dev/video1
