I tried and even added /etc/directfbrc files as below

depth=32
pixelformat=ARGB
mode=640x40

But still the picture can see more in blue color. By the way im trying to display jpeg picture.

You can try with the pixelformat option being set to ARGB:

dfbg --dfb:pixelformat=ARGB image.png

This will only change the format of the display layer if
it's the first DirectFB process started in a session.

You could also just add "pixelformat = ARGB" to /etc/directfbrc.
