I tried unloading drm module (i810.o) using modprode as follows.
modprobe -r i810. The result is
i810: Device or resource busy.
How to unload the module i810 ?

You have to unload the drm module (i810.o) first. agpgart is stupid
can't handle more than one user at a time.
