Ok.

It fail in single user environment too.

Previously I was happy with an 2.4.21-pre4 kernel, DirectFB 0.9.16 and
MPlayer 0.90... this combination whork for TV-OUT and don't need
'tmpfs' or "fusion device"... unfortunately I erased the 2.2.21-pre4
sources (and overwrited MPlayer 0.90 binaries)...

It is posible that the anterior kernel, possibly with a path from the
alternative method for TV-OUT (http://www.bglug.ca/matrox_tvout/) and
the 0.9.16 DirectFB libraries + MPlayer 0.90 with dfbmga driver was
functional?

O:-)

Bye.

Cosme from Spain.
