I assume these two are functionally equivalent ? > 3. Use matroxfb to drive the TV-out as /dev/fb1 and set fbdev=/dev/fb1 > DirectFB option. And I'm assuming this is a different method. I haven't tried this, are there advantages/disadvantages ? How can this be done ?
