Hi,

I've been able to succesfully compile directfb 0.9.20 with
--enable-multi, having applied the 2.4.21 patch to a 2.4.20 tree without
much problems.

To test it out, I tried running two examples at the same time, df_dok
and df_knuckles.

The second app seems to wait for the first still before doing anything.
So knuckles only shows up after I kill dok. knuckles doesn't look right
though when doing this.

I also get errors like this:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] DirectFB-examples-0.9.18]# killall df_knuckles
[EMAIL PROTECTED] DirectFB-examples-0.9.18]# (!) [ 4643: 536247742.491] -->
Caught signal 15 <--

(!) [ 4643: 536247742.488] DirectFB/core/fusion:
(fusion_skirmish_dismiss) invalid skirmish

continued for a while, on the terminal. I'm assuming this is some sort
of lock contention.

my fusion devices seem to be ok:
 ls -l /dev/fusion/
total 0
crw-r--r-- 1 root root 253, 0 Jan 3 14:01 0
crw-r--r-- 1 root root 253, 1 Jan 3 14:21 1
crw-r--r-- 1 root root 253, 2 Jan 3 14:21 2

and the apps work fine by themselves.

Are the examples runnable concurrently ? Should I try getting DFBterm
instead and try to run two of them at the same time ? What apps should I
expect to be able to run at the same time ?

Thanks
Thomas
