Hi all.
First of all, sorry for maybe stupid question.
I'm trying DirectFB 0.9.20 and compiled it with --enable-multi.
I'm running SuSE 9.1 Professional
with linux-fusion-2.6.3 patched 2.6.7 vanilla kernel
(FUSION_DEVICE compiled in).
All stuff was compiled without any error (thank you all, guys!),
but when I tried to launch any test, I get the following:
:/> df_andi
---------------------- DirectFB v0.9.20 ---------------------
(c) 2000-2002 convergence integrated media GmbH
(c) 2002-2003 convergence GmbH
-----------------------------------------------------------
(*) Multi Application Core. (with MMX support) (2004-10-27 10:00)
(*) DirectFB/misc/memcpy: using MMXEXT optimized memcpy()
(!) [ 8920: 0.000] DirectFB/core/fusion: (fusion_init) opening
'/dev/fusion/0' failed!
--> No such file or directory
df_andi.c <422>:
(#) DirectFBError [DirectFBCreate( &dfb )]: General initialization
failure!
It seems that /dev/fusion/0 and /dev/shm/fusion.0
don't exist in my installation.
Should I create it manually with mknod, and what are minor-major
numbers of these devices or all of this is not as simple as I suggest?
Previous dfb installation (without multi app. core enabled)
that came with distro worked fine.
Thanks for help.
Slavko.
