Hi! I have a working directfb configuration with G550. I can run through every directfb example software which won't assign the primar layer. For example dfbterm won't work, it outputs just messy picture, so I think the image data won't get right to the frame buffer, couse it's outputting to the primary layer - not to the background video layer which handles the support of "DVD-MAX".
Is it possible to get the both layers work when using RGB-SCART cable? Are there a way to get LiTE work with this "DVD-MAX" way of use? Another thing is that I have G550 which has SUB15(VGA) + DVI connectors. I use the VGA connector now couse i don't have DVI->VGA adapter. I haven't been able to output interlaced fb mode - does the G550 have some troubles with interlaced picture? Couse the same /etc/fb.modes line which works with G400 won't work with G550. With G400 I was able to output those programs who assigned primary layer to the PAL TV screen with a interlaced [EMAIL PROTECTED] mode.
