DirectFB TV-out support doesn't support changing the overscan (or 
resolution for that matter). So either you'll have to implement it or you 
can use matroxfb to drive the TV-out in which case you lose dual-head 
DirectFB.

Probably the easiest solution would be to account for the overscan in you 
application.
