I tries a complete install of the 2.6.12.0 headers, a couple of times,
no luck just got the same error messages. Copied -ax the /usr/include
headers to a safe location and then installed the 2.6.18.5 headers. No
more compile problems. Haven't tested it out too much since, need to
rebuild SDL for it to use 1.0rc2.

Didn't try the resync button, takes longer as it wants to resize the
screen, power button is bigger :). I connect with either s-video or
composite trying to see if I could see any differences. But couldn't, so
I left the composite plugged in. The monitor has analogue and DVI
connectors as well, but were not used.
