Claudio:
On Friday Shane applied the playback.c.diff patch and we reinstalled
fusionsound on out development board. When sound was played, all that
happened was a single pop when the ogg file started playback. (This problem
also occurred when we turned on IEEE floats in the FusionSound config
file). As a sanity check, here is the configure script used for building
FusionSound.

*Note (we compiled this with -msoft-float as well)

--disable-ieee-floats
--disable-precision
--enable-linear-filter
--disable-dithering
--enable-examples
--enable-module
--disable-timidity
--disable-wave
--enable-vorbis
--enable-mad
--disable-cdda
--disable-playlist

We will try tremor next week sometime and report back to you how that works
out. (ultimately we want to go with that for the embedded platform anyways).

Thanks,
Rich
