It turned out I was measuring on fb0. Loading matroxfb_crtc2 on boot and measuring on fb1 gave me correct data. The refresh is not exactly 50hz though, more like 49.9Hz. This drift relative to either the DVB stream or the audio, resulting in dropped frames now and then. It seems from matrox_crtc2.c that the g450 uses a crystal clock for crtc2? regs.h also has C2PIXCLKSEL_VDCLK and C2PIXCLKSEL_SYSPLL available for g450/550. Are the latter ones possible to program from software? It would be interesting to try calculating drift relative to the input DVB stream and adjust accordingly. -- Torgeir Veimo [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ directfb-users mailing list [email protected] http://mail.directfb.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/directfb-users
