Hi I have a question related to framebuffer drivers.
I need to develop a new Linux framebuffer driver (say MYFB) for DSP 6437 chip. The messages for DSP is sent through a PCI interface. I am trying to integrate this with DirectFB. So my question is as follows: Apart from developing MYFB should I write something new under gfxdrivers directory or is it that DirectFB takes care of calling MYFB ? I just want to know, what are other things which I need to take care if I want to integrate MYFB with directFB. Regards Vidya.
