Michael, good, but can you please provide a plain text patch, made against the
latest committed trunk? That would make much more easier understand how to
integrate your modifications.
I haven't had a look yet at your contribution, my question is: does EHCache
needs to be integrated directly in the DM core, or it is something pluggable?
