@junrushao a small thing to discuss on the Python API side, currently we
expose
- `get_function_metadata("func_name")`
- `get_function_doc("func_name") `
on the Module level, per TQ's advice, we might think of hiding these two
functions by private names and underscores. What's your opinion on this?
