This fixes specialization of a TIRx PrimFunc that contains a typed buffer alias. When a Var was not directly present in the specialization map, PrimFuncSpecializer returned it unchanged. That bypassed the base mutator and prevented BufferVar expressions from being remapped, breaking aliases such as a T.decl_buffer that shares A.data. Delegate unmapped Vars to the base StmtExprMutator so typed buffer expressions are visited normally. The regression test specializes a symbolic extent and verifies that the decl_buffer alias still shares the specialized match_buffer data variable.
