Represent thread binding as a validated semantic annotation on parallel `For` loops, removing the dedicated field and loop-kind value. Shared accessors distinguish ordinary CPU parallel execution from thread-bound execution while preserving serial, vectorized and unrolled semantics. Retain the IterVar payload because traversal, structural identity, dtype rewriting and scheduling use its metadata. Update builders, printers, codegen, lowering and scheduling to preserve the binding until it is consumed, including extent-one thread scopes.
