I just got Gnu Radio installed on a Fedora 12 image on a Sheeva Plug. Apps start up with this error:
gr_vmcircbuf_mmap_shm_open: shm_open [/tmp/gnuradio-1343-0]: No such file or directory gr_buffer::allocate_buffer: failed to allocate buffer of size 64 KB terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): std::bad_alloc Aborted But only if they're a regular user, if I run the same app as root, everything is fine. Clues? I've set kernel.shmmax and kernel.shmmin in /etc/sysctl.conf, and rebooted. That makes no difference. -- Marcus Leech Principal Investigator Shirleys Bay Radio Astronomy Consortium http://www.sbrac.org _______________________________________________ Discuss-gnuradio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss-gnuradio
