I opened the terminal in gr-cdma folder and ran the following command
"python"
after that I ran this :
"from cdma import cdma_parameters as cp"
as you told me ,
I received this ,
CDMA PARAMETERS : for adaptive modulation
bits_per_header= 36
symbols_per_header= 36
