Commercial C++ libraries for CCSDS Reed-Solomon, Viterbi, LDPC and Turbo

Hi everyone,
Could you recommend commercial C++ libraries for CCSDS Reed-Solomon,
Viterbi, LDPC, and Turbo? Preferably, I'm looking for those libraries that
have already been optimized with SIMD (or Intel IPP).
