I made some updates to the webpages. There have been discussions about how difficult it is to submit bugs or to find the Wiki. To alleviate such problems, I have put both in the sidebar for easy access.
I have also updated the "Book Clarifications" page to avoid any confusion (as illustrated by the "GNUstep and windows" thread) and I have also updated the other responses there to give new users a better view of what is currently happening in GNUstep.
I have also added a link to the Roadmap from the development page.
Please give any comments or suggestions you deem appropriate.
