Are you sure that you are using GNU make and not another version/implementation
of make ?

gnustep-make's ./configure doesn't really check/enforce the fact that you must
be using GNU make,
I suspect we may want to add such a check.

Thanks

Subject: gnustep-make-2.0.0 make problems

I downloaded the gnustep-make-2.0.0.tar.gz file to /tmp and then I did a tar
-xf gnustep-make-2.0.0.tar.gz which gave me gnustep-make-2.0.0 that I was able
to cd into so I can make and install. I did not get any errors when I did
./configure but when I tried to make, I got the message "make: no target to
make". If I add a target name after the word make I get an error message saying
it doesn't know how to make the target name.

Does anyone know what my problem might be? Should the gnustep-make-2.0.0
directory be somewhere specific?
