Quite some time (1 1/2 years?) ago I ported SOPE to also be usable with Mulle EOF (http://oswald.codeon.de/project-titmouse/), which is a full binary compatible EOF clone (quite impressive IMO). If GDL2 is really Apple EOF API compatible, then using the Mulle EOF compile options will definitely work for this purpose.

JFYI,

these are the files which needed adjustments:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:(~/Projects/OGo/SOPE)$ find . -type f -exec grep -l MULLE {} \; | grep -v .svn
./sope-appserver/NGObjWeb/EOQualifier+XmlRpcCoding.m
./sope-appserver/NGObjWeb/WOComponent.m
./sope-appserver/NGXmlRpc/EOQualifier+XmlRpcCoding.m

All in all, the port was pretty trivial. This doesn't necessarily mean that a port to use GDL2 will be trivial, but if GDL2 works as advertised, it SHOULD be trivial.

Cheers,

  Marcus
