Thanks, I have a couple more questions...
When starting GWorkspace I get the following messages pop up:
"The mount points for removable media are not defined. Using default values."
SystemPreferences -> Volumes
Always in Systempreferences you may need to goto FileSystem and set the
correct BlockSize if GWorkspace shows double or half of the free space
on your volumes.
How do I define these so I don't get this message? And...
"No Finder modules! Quitting now."
I guess I missed one of the packages when I did my install, any idea
which or what else could cause this?
No clue, you seem to be missing something.
PS: I insist that remote display should work with all backends. I
personally tried it with xlib, art and cairo. My preference is of course
xlib in this case, but they should all work. Cairo has endianness
problems between differently endianed machines, thus you might see
mangled colors, but still, you should get recognizable output.
