None of the apps you mentioned with the sole exception of gworkspace are maintained by this team. So, I'm not entirely certain what your point here is.
It is not this team's responsibility to fix every application which uses our framework any more than it is the responsibility of the GNOME to fix faulty GNOME programs (of which I'm sure there are a few). While I do appreciate you pointing all of these faults out in these various programs, but there is little the GNUstep team can do about it short of bugs being found within GNUstep itself. The only app we can directly fix bugs in (from your list) is GWorkspace.
