Confusingly, gnome is also listed there together with gnustep, but gnome
defined themselves quiet differently than gnustep on responsibility and
scope. e.g. gnome believe they deliver user experience, while gnustep
believe they deliver development tools. Thus the organization hierarchy
and ownership to FSF doesn't seem to explain the differences.
