Guys,
the code is fine: there is a spurious "Headers/Additions" directory,
delete it. It is no longer in the repository but contains the old
preface.h generated. Once deleted you will see that svn update doesn't
pull it in again.
Everything compiles then
A clean checkout would have worked right out of the box I guess.
