Dear Karl, You do not know me, but you made a contribution of the software in good faith to other persons than Richard Stallman.
I respect your opinion and I see where you are coming from, however your request does not make sense. I am the father of two children. I have separated from their mom. I cannot simply ask for my children to disappear... You have given birth to a project, and made it available to all as per the FSF licenses. I feel offended by your request because you have not taken the time or effort to think through the consequences for the innocent "bystander" and other contributors. You have made a legal commitment to people like me who you have never met nor know. I request that you stand by it.
