Frankly, I don't give a damn about filesystem layout. The only thing I care about with GNUstep is applications. Apps are what matters. That and API completeness. Get me a finished simplewebkit with table support so I can boot into the GNUstep desktop and use it without the taint of kde/gnome applications and then we'll talk about filesystem cruft.
