is using an XML format resembling something from Apple. I do not have

keep it around, as I did not play with it much yet. One of included

yes it is some kind of XML, not RTF. RTF is the "classic" help format
used in *Step. However, AFAIK there are no GNUstepp apps providing any
help in RTF and there are two providing help in XLP (HelpViewer)
format: HelpViewer itself and CDPlayer. The last one being completely
outdated, I admit.
GNUstep's API documentation comes in gsdoc (whatever that is) and HTML
and must be built explicitly, IIRC. It does neither comply with
HelpViewer not with any RTF viewer, e.g. Ink.
