I think the most recent code of etoile is nowadays here:

although I don’t see anything like a ObjC-runtime there (but something ObjC and 
JS related: https://github.com/etoile/ObjC2JS , but I guess this isn’t, what 
you’re looking for).


You also might ask David Chisnall about this (I cc’ed him, since I don’t know 
if he is still reading here), he’s the author of the GNUstep ObjC-runtime 
https://github.com/gnustep/libobjc2 and he was also involved with etoile, so he 
might know best.
