Transfer domain out notification

Is it possible for us OpenSRS resellers to get notified when a domain is
transferred out from our account? So we can stop providing our free
web/email forwarding services for this domain. Because I have tried to
transfer a domain out from OpenSRS (it has been transferred back later on),
but I didn't receive any notification from OpenSRS, either as a reseller, or
as a domain owner. Would it be better if OpenSRS could let the resellers
know which domains are no longer with them?
