I know you tech-supp guys in OpenSRS are busy working with the .ca and multilingual
domains lately. But that doesn't mean you can throw everything else back and ignore
them. There are still many problems with .com .net .org .co.uk that are waiting for
you guys to respond and fix. I have been dealing with you guys with some minor unfixed
problems but since last week you guys stopped giving me any response. I couldn't reach
anyone and nothing could be solved.
Don't you guys have different departments that handle different jobs? It shouldn't
take all tech-supp people to work on .ca and multilingual right?
If you have time to post responses in this board, can't you spare some time to respond
to individual tech-supp email?
