What should I think of this message:

"Registration attempt for chinadirect.net failed: Request failed
validation: Nameserver pan.bijt.net does not exist in the registry."

This I got when registering a domain that was expiring. Fortunately
there are other registrars...

On this list we have been assured time and again that there could
happen nothing funny with the nameservers under a domain, when
transferring it to OpenSRS. How about this then?

This is in transfer, to be precise: I acknowledged the transfer on the
page one gets by email. Transfer is from Joker/CORE.

I would very much hope for a clarification. There are over a 1000
domains under this nameserver, plus the secondary is under the same
domain... And it does a an ORSC root server.

The domain, for those who haven't guessed, is BIJT.NET.

whois knows about it still (command line I mean, which does internic
first). But that is always 'old'.

I am a bit mad. I would very much hope someone can explain this to me.

I send this to the list and not to support to warn others.

Thank you!
