And they dont reconcile. If they did, I would not be held up.
Add to that the fact that I was promised this functionality
something like 8 months ago, and have never heard about it
again ... except for people asking for it regularily onlist.

Certainly accountability is my highest, as it should be for anybody who
cares about their money. I dont care about RSP-RSP xfers. If OpenSRS
wants to make themselves do the work manually, I dont care. If they
force people to xfer the domains away from OpenSRS to effect the
changes they want, I dont care... its their loss. I care about
accountability of MY money by those I intrust it to.
