Yes, I can confirm this. It only appears to be occurring with domain name
registered by other registrars, not OpenSRS-registered domains...
But, while I was checking this out on CIRA's website, I did a whois to find
this information. Then I did another - and whoosh - CIRA had a face-lift!
Much cleaner looking site now. The problem you describe above didn't go away
though.
