Often they wont even warn the user.
In this case they might ...
since the person probably though you were advertising something,
though if he'd paid attention, it would have beeen obvious you werent...

I'v had people's spamcop access pulled several times.
Always on the first complaint when it was an obvious violation.
Some people try to use spamcop to report anything they dont LIKE.
That is not what it is for.
