Re: .ca upgrade now that domain will not be blocked

I have a client that wants to register a .CA domain that WAS registered as a
3rd level domain in 2 other provinces.  They do not show up in CIRA's whois.
However when I try to register it it says that it is still registered.  Is
there a waiting period?
