Thought some of you might get a kick of this - did I not explain clearly
enough? Any wagers there could be a recurrence of last year? Do you think I
need to apprise compliance of what is going on here...just in case?
() = names of those involved removed.

? This has me quite confused. You have no control over this domain name -
how on earth would you be able to extend the registration on it?

main
and

om.com

She had paid you to regain control of her domain name nearly a year ago and
stopped using your service shortly thereafter once everything was settled.
Please just unsubscribe my customer, her email address, her domain name,
etc... everything about her out of all your () files.

Hello,

We have upgraded your domain name status so that you will not receive our
emails regarding upgrades.
I have also extended the registration period for one year.

Regards,

Hello,
My client is still receiving emails from you such as this:

> The FREE service has been available to you for a trial
> period during which we hope you have taken advantage of
> the easy to use features to set-up your online identity.
> Before your trial period expires, you will automatically
> receive a notice explaining the options you have to
> continue using the () service. At this time
> () members whose FREE service is expiring must
> renew to continue using their domain name, domain e-mail,
> and the () service:

We are requesting that all records of her membership be properly corrected
or expunged completely from your system. Her domain name was one of those
involved in your () transfer fiasco back in August
2000. In early June, you processed our payment and released the name to her
control. But in August, as a result of that huge clerical blunder AFTER she
was no longer your customer, the name went back to you. This took nearly a
month to correct, and was very stressful to my client.

Now she is receiving these emails claiming she will lose use of her domain
name *which is no longer on your service* , has not been since last fall,
and you have no claim to it.

Please review:
http://internic.net/cgi-bin/whois?whois_nic=upsidedownschoolroom.com&type=do
main
and
http://opensrs.net/cgi-bin/whois.cgi?action=lookup&domain=upsidedownschoolro
om.com

This situation is causing unnecessary worry to my customer. While I, as a
registrar reseller, see the big picture and understand that what happened
last fall is extremely unlikely to recur at risk to the registrar's
accreditation, my client only knows what happened to her and obviously does
not wish to be put through anything like that again.

So please make sure all record of her is *completely removed* once and for
all from *all of* your customer lists, billing system, mail lists, etc ...
 domain name: upsidedownschoolroom.com / www.upsidedownschoolroom.com
 name : Margaret Romanowitch
 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

She has been receiving these on a bimonthly basis and has "written umpteen
times" to be removed, and never received a response (nor any action,
obviously) . This is wholly unacceptable, even for a free service provider.
Please take the time to correct this situation. Feel free to contact us if
you require any further information to delete her records.

Respectfully,
Jo Shea
