Due to the integrated nature of our platform, we tend to shut the entire
system down to prevent problems from occuring. We are working on making
this seamless for each provider (i.e. if .ca goes down, only .ca stops
working). I will try to verify with the various operational teams whether
or not the entire system will be offline.
