Hi Douglas.

We've had the same exact problem with NSI. Two of our clients responded to the
NSI requests well within the alotted time (their emails said they had 3 days),
but NSI denied the request, saying it wasn't answered -- a lie. Also, NSI
conviniently sends out the emails after 5 p.m. on Friday.
I got some lame response from NSI saying that they were having problems with
the system last week and to resend the request -- which I couldn't do until the
transfer request expires. By that time, one of the names will expire with NSI
and I won't be able to move it for our client.

Regards,
Maureen
